These Terms of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, acceptance, evasion and management of purchase orders for products on the dogeans.com website, between the users of the website (Customers) and the Seller.

Before proceeding with the purchase, confirm the acceptance of these Terms of Sale by checking the box “I accept the Terms of Purchase” to complete the order. By doing so, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms of Purchase without any reservation and in particular confirming that:
1. your are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
2. you do not intend to carry out any speculative, false or fraudulent orders.
3. to provide your exact e-mail address, postal address and/or other contact details.
If the details requested are not provided, the order cannot be completed.
Validity of the offer

Orders placed on the dogeans.com website can only be completed if registered. In addition to giving you the opportunity to take advantage of discounts and promotions, registration allows you to consult order history and to store your shipping and billing information, so you do not have to enter them at any subsequent orders. In order to place one or more orders on the dogeans.com website, once you reach the item you wish to purchase, simply select the size, color (if you can choose it) and the number of items you want. After selecting the previous parameters, click on the “ADD TO CART” option. If the product is not in stock, or temporarily out of stock, it is indicated with the heading Not available.
To complete the order, go to the Shopping Cart section (“DISPLAY CART”), to fill in the shipping information and to access payment options.
If you have obtained a discount code, remember to enter the corresponding code and validate it (click on “Apply discount”).
The order must be confirmed by clicking on the “CONCLUDE ORDER” button”.
At this point, if access to the order procedure was not made through a LOGIN session (Access for registered users), the system invites you to proceed with authentication (inserting registration credentials – email and password) or, if has not yet registered, the system starts the registration process. For further information, please see also the paragraph on Registration. In the latter case, the Customer is invited to provide some personal data, together with an email address and a password. Authentication is confirmed by a message sent to the registered email address.
All prices are indicated in EUR. The prices that appear on the site include the Italian VAT, and net of shipping costs, which are specified in the Shipping section.
Prices may change at any time, but the changes will not affect the sales contract for orders for which the Order Confirmation was sent already (see below).

If the chosen method of payment is by credit card or PayPal, you will be redirected to the secure payment system of the bank or PayPal (depending on the method chosen to make the payment).
After receiving the order, the Seller sends to the Customer the email message “Dogeans Order Confirmation”, which confirms the registration and processing of the order, and which contains an identification code (tracking code) used to check the traceability and shipping status of the order.
When the courier picks up the order, the customer will receive an email message “Dogeans Shipping Confirmation”.
Shipping costs are free.
We aim to deliver within:
a. two (2) working days in Italy, by express courier DHL, SDA or POSTE ITALIANE;
b. three (3) working days to member states of the European Community (excluding Italy), by express courier DHL, SDA or POSTE ITALIANE;
c. five (5) working days to extra-EU states, by express courier DHL, SDA or POSTE ITALIANE.
Delivery is generally scheduled during business hours, to the address indicated in the order form, where it is important to provide (in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section) a contact phone number, in order to receive any communications in case of problems, and/or the address of a neighbour, in case of absence from home at the time of delivery.
Deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes or postcodes.
When receiving the parcel, the customer (or whoever withdraws it) is invited to check the integrity of the package and, in the case of obvious damage to the packaging , has the right to reject it or to accept it subject to verification (communicating this option to the courier). If it is not possible to deliver the goods, the express courier will contact the customer to schedule a new delivery at his residence, at another address or at a service point. In case of failed deliver, if the customer does not provide exact information within 14 days the goods is returned to the Seller and the return fee (stock, transport and accessory charges) charged to the Customer.
Payment can be made using the following methods. Credit Cards – Circuits: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master Card and American Express. Before making the purchase, we recommend you to check the validity date of the credit card and the limit granted for the purchase.
PayPal. You are redirected to the PayPal portal to follow the authentication and authorization procedures.
Bank transfer. To be performed within 48 hours from following order placement in the bank account in the name of BZGROUP di Battaglia Patrizio corresponding to the IBAN code IT24Y0200861823000105537707 at UNICREDIT Bank. The “Dogeans Order Confirmation” will be sent to the purchaser only after receiving the expected amount.
The customer is liable for any customs duties and their amount is calculated to the law in force in the destination country of the shipment.
The Seller is not aware of the amount of customs charges, which will be notified by the courier once the shipment has reached its destination.
In the event that the charges are not paid and, for this reason, the shipment is rejected or abandoned, shipping costs and customs charges will be withheld from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be refunded, only after return of the package to the Seller’s headquarters.
Withdrawal of Order
You may cancel an order free of charge, if the cancellation is notified before the parcel is set for delivery. In this case, enter the Personal Account on the dogeans.com website, select the order of the items to be returned and click on “Cancel order”.
If the customer has already received the “Dogeans Shipping Confirmation”, he no longer has the possibility to cancel the corresponding order.
We accept for return only products with defects or not corresponding to the product sold, for which will return the amount paid or send back a new product having the same characteristics of the item ordered.
In the event of an incorrect order (e.g. items for which a wrong size has been selected), the Customer has the right to request the replacement, paying again the shipping costs.
Proceed as follows:
1. Send an email to email@example.com indicating the order reference number and the date of purchase, the defect identified and attach one or more photos of the defect or the type of error made and the corrective actions. In the same message, the Customer must specify whether he wishes to replace the item or receive the refund for the amount paid.
2. Wait for the confirmation from the Seller (email “Return confirmation for Dogeans order”), in which the acceptance of the return is clearly specified. The Customer will follow the instructions received in the message for the following procedure to be performed.
No refund will be issued if the product is not in the same condition as the one previously ordered or if it has been damaged.
Within seven (7) days, from the receipt of the returned product, the Seller will return the purchase amount by using the payment method or send the replaced item. In any case, the Seller will inform the Customer within a reasonable time about the procedure to be carried out.
• the return can only be made from the same country where the order was placed;
• returns with transport charges borne by the recipient will not be accepted;
• returns made by procedures other than the one described here will not be accepted;
• refunds will be made only for those products that have been returned in accordance with this return policy.

To register as a customer, click on the “Create account” option and fill in the corresponding fields, including the email address, which also acts as a Login, on which you want to receive communications and a password of your choice (in this phase you are required to type it twice).
To access your account (and/or to place orders) you must click on the “Login/Register” button and then enter the email address and password with which you registered.
If you forgot the password to access your user account, just click on “Forgot your password?” and fill in the e-mail address you used to register; you will shortly receive a message that will allow you to redefine your password again.
By registering as a Customer, the personal data provided will be collected in an archive owned by BZGROUP di Battaglia Patrizio – Via Giorgione 48 – 31050 Vedelago TV Italy, for the purpose of processing orders.
In order to send periodic newsletters and commercial information regarding the Seller, by postal services or other electronic means, the Customer’s consent is requested previously; in each message received, he will have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter through a simple process, free of charge.
Severance and competent jurisdiction
If any part of these Terms of Purchase is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply, to the extent permitted by law. These Terms of Sale are governed in their entirety by Italian law. For any controversy arising from issues related to the website dogeans.com, without prejudice to the rights that the customer may exercise as a consumer or user, the latter expressly renounces any court other than the Court of Treviso (Italy), submitting to its jurisdiction and exclusive competency.
